Hi, I'm Sue Fellowes, welcome to Flex and Align Pilates.

Pilates has always played an important role in my life. When I used to work in an office slouched over a desk most of the day, Pilates would help me relax and greatly improved my posture and niggerling back pain. Then, after having my 2 boys, Pilates was central in restoring my core strength and general wellbeing, giving me the confidence to become a Pilates teacher myself.

I look forward to sharing with you the health benefits it can bring!
